Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any hair extensions or related products purchased from AMARA DAY. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered a final sale. Defective Hair Weft: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective hair weft, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We prioritize the quality of our products and have stringent quality control measures in place to minimize such occurrences. If you believe that the hair weft you received is defective, please email us at info@amaraday.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs or videos.

Upon receiving your email, our customer support team will review the photos and videos provided. If we determine that the hair weft is indeed defective due to a manufacturing or quality issue, we will provide a replacement for the defective product. However, this is subject to our sole discretion.

Our All Sales are Final Policy is applicable to all purchases made through AMARA DAY.com. This includes, but is not limited to the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after the purchase.

Store Credit for Mistaken Orders: If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we offer a store credit as an alternative. However, to qualify for the store credit, the product must be returned to us in its original condition, unopened, and unused. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. c. The product must be in resalable condition, free from any damage or signs of wear. d.
